245D Waiver Services
Jarar Home Healthcare is a licensed provider of 245D basic waiver services including Homemaking, Night Supervision, Respite Care, Individualized Home Supports (IHS), and Individual Community Living Supports (ICLS). These services are available through Minnesota's home and community-based waiver programs and are designed to support individuals with disabilities in living safely and independently in their own homes and communities.
